5. Vouchers and Redemption

Vouchers issued by Eazy Tours are redeemable directly with the respective Tour Operator. Customers must present their voucher to the Tour Operator to participate in the booked tour. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Pricing and Fees

The prices displayed on the Eazy Tours website are set by the Tour Operators. Eazy Tours will not charge any additional service fee for facilitating bookings.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
